The Vector Graph shoe-string is a new visualisation technique for time-based series. This Interapp Audio plugin and app shows up to the length of one second of audio material around the playhead position.
Use it for monitoring. You can see low frequencies straight away. The length of the stroke represents time. If you find any number of repeating patterns, divide the selected Stroke Time by the number you can count and you get the respective impulse’s wavelength.
The scaling of the bends - meaning rise and fall - of the signal can be manually adjusted or based on an average.
The following modes are supported:
Monitor the front mic from the standalone app.
Playthrough audio material from your IAA host.
Transfer audio material from your IAA host.
When audio material has been transfered:
Show the part of the stroke that lies ahead of the playhead.
Scale the stroke using an average.
Warning: Adjust your speaker level to avoid a feedback loop.
